The booking amount varies by tour package but is generally non-refundable. The remaining balance must be cleared 5–7 days before the departure date.

Our cancellation policy is clearly mentioned in each tour package. Generally:

• 21 days before departure → 30% deduction

• 15–20 days → 55% deduction

• 8–14 days → 80% deduction

• 0–7 days / No Show → 100% deduction
  Refunds (if applicable) take up to 15 working days.

We offer 3★, 4★, and 5★ hotels, depending on the package selected. All hotels are carefully chosen for comfort, safety, and location.

Final itinerary, hotel vouchers, and travel details will be shared 3 days before departure. Tour manager and vehicle details will be sent 1 day prior.
